- Include many varied colors/types of fruits and veggies - daily
- Include good sources of omega 3's
- Carbs - mainly from whole grains
- Water - ALL DAY
- Minimize simple sugar intake
- Caffeine - 2 to 3 cups or less per day
- Even calorie intake throughout day
